Silverdale - Orchids... Thr 6th May 2010 (POLLING DAY)

I really enjoyed searching for orchids..... there was a large group of the rare Green Winged Orchid (probably above 100 flowering heads).

And also a couple of large groups of the Early Purple Orchid (with probably above 50 flowering heads each group. Here are some photos - please click over photo once and then click again, to get the full enlargement photo.....
