For almost 30 years I have been interested in bird migration and have each year, especially in Autumn done vismig counts of moving birds through our Area. Up until ten years ago I was counting down at Haslingden in Rossendale and more recently I have been enjoying counting at Hutton Roof or closeby to my new home in Burton In Kendal.
